Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, we will pre-authorize your credit card, and you should receive confirmation that your item has shipped within 5-7 business days along with a tracking number.

  • Seasonal Delays: During high-demand periods, such as summer, some items may take longer to ship. Estimated delivery times are noted on product pages. If delays occur, we will notify you with an updated timeline. If you do not receive an update within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@cluckandcoop.com.
  • Motor Freight Items: Items shipped via motor freight may be subject to additional costs.
  • Tracking Information: Once shipped, tracking information will be provided for your convenience.

Return Policies

New, Unused Products

  • Returns of new, unused products are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, placed inside a separate box to prevent damage during shipping.
  • If the product is used or deemed unsaleable as "new and unused," your refund may be voided.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • For products purchased with free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • Inspection: All returned products will be inspected before a refund is processed. If the product is found to have been used, a restocking fee may apply.
  • Restocking fees are determined at the sole discretion of Cluck & Coop or the manufacturer.

Used Products

  • Returns of used products are accepted at Cluck & Coop’s or the manufacturer’s sole discretion within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned products must be:
    • Fully assembled.
    • Clean and in good working condition.
    • Returned with all original components and parts.
  • Restocking Fees:
    • A minimum restocking fee of 50% will be applied, subject to increase based on the condition of the item.
    • Products not meeting return requirements may incur additional fees.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Consumables (e.g., water treatments, UV bulbs).
    • Excess bulk items (e.g., liners, underlay, tubing).
    • Special order items.

Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective, Cluck & Coop will assist with warranty claims on your behalf.

  • Warranty Claims:
    • We will contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
    • If the warranty requires the product to be shipped back, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and packaging.
  • Inspection: Defective products are subject to inspection by Cluck & Coop or the manufacturer.
  • Replacements:
    • Replacement costs may apply if the product is deemed not defective due to improper usage, altered components, or other damages.
    • If defective items are not returned within 20 days, customers will be charged for replacement costs.
  • Warranty Limitations:
    • Warranties are valid from the original purchase date only and do not renew with replacements.
    • Warranties cover replacement or refund for the product only and exclude consequential expenses.
