Welcome to Cluck & Coop! We value our customers and strive to provide high-quality chicken coops. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns once a chicken coop has been delivered and accepted by the customer. Please ensure you review product specifications before completing your purchase.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Severe Damage or Defect (Unrepairable): If your chicken coop arrives damaged or defective and cannot be repaired, a refund will be issued.
Once the coop is delivered and accepted by the customer, no refunds will be granted.
3. Damage or Defect Upon Delivery
If you receive a damaged or defective coop:
- Inspect Upon Delivery – Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- Report Issues Immediately – Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
- Repair Process – If a coop is damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the damage or defect is beyond repair, a refund will be issued.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund due to non-delivery or unrepairable damage:
- Email us at info@cluckandcoop.com
- Include your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a detailed description
- Our team will review your request and respond within 6 business days
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the coop enters production. Please contact us at info@cluckandcoop.com for assistance.
6. Additional Terms for Formex SnapLock Coops
For products manufactured by Formex Manufacturing (SnapLock Chicken Coops), the following additional terms apply:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Authorization: Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us at info@cluckandcoop.com to initiate the return process.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Exclusions: Used, assembled, or modified products are not eligible for return.
